Mixed Feelings About My Stay
inconsistent room service damp towels
The hotel's location near Victoria Station proved quite convenient.
The room service was inconsistent, and my room wasn't cleaned properly one day. The towels felt damp, and I noticed some hair on the floor after they supposedly cleaned the room. Homeless people near the hotel were a concern, especially given its proximity to the station.

poor room cleaning damp towels
the location was acceptable.
the room cleaning was poor. towels i used were hung back up, and remained damp. i suspect the cleaner only tidied up by hand, instead of cleaning properly. there was also hair on the floor.
